    Hi Mike,
Do you take questions? I know very limited statistics. I have a question about comparing the mean number of mutations in two sets of patients. A control arm and a treatment arm. The data is not normal but is right skewed so I can’t do a ttest. What test can I use? I don’t think it’s poisson since I’m not counting mutations over time or space it’s just the number of mutations at one point in time. Any guidance is appreciated

oof, I don’t know what people do here. you can always test for a shift across two groups using Mann-Whitney / Wilcoxon tests. wilcox.test() in R.
